On behalf of the Journal of Food: Microbiology, Safety & Hygiene , as Editor, it is my distinct honour and privilege to inform you that, it’s been four long years we have started the Journal, now we are celebrating the 4th Anniversary and we are privileged to welcome researchers to our journal. As Editor it is my great pleasure and honour to welcome you to the Journal of Food: Microbiology, Safety & Hygiene.

The Journal of Food: Microbiology, Safety & Hygiene aims to disseminate knowledge and promote discussion through the publication of peer-reviewed, high quality research papers on all topics related to Food: Microbiology, Safety & Hygiene. The open access journal is published by LONGDOM publishing.

The Journal is successfully running in the 4th Volume which covers a wide variety of specialties including bacteriology, mycology, virology, parasitology, and immunology as they relate to the production, processing, service and consumption of foods and beverages worldwide. The Journal emphasizes high-level research and education. Original research articles, reviews, short communications, and letters to the editors in the fields of Food: Microbiology, Safety & Hygiene are welcome. Every effort is made to have a speedy and critical peer-review process.
