Forensic pathology is a specific branch of medicine that focuses on determining the cause of death by examining a corpse. A postmortem is performed by a medical examiner, usually during the investigation of criminal law cases and civil law cases in some jurisdictions, the principles and knowledge of medicine and related sciences to problems that concern the general public and related legal issues. A forensic pathologist is a physician with specialized medical and forensic science training and knowledge. In practice, forensic pathologists concentrate closely on the understanding of types and causation of injuries and causes of sudden and unnatural death. The roles of the forensic pathologists includes examination of the death scene, conducting forensic autopsies (forensic autopsies have a different focus than that of hospital autopsies conducted in cases of natural death), reviewing medical records, interpretation of toxicology and other laboratory studies, certification of the cause of death and manner of death, and testifying in criminal and civil court proceedings.

Pathology is the study of the causes and effects of disease or injury. The word pathology also refers to the study of disease in general, incorporating a wide range of bioscience research fields and medical practices. However, when used in the context of modern medical treatment, the term is often used in a more narrow fashion to refer to processes and tests which fall within the contemporary medical field of "general pathology", an area which includes a number of distinct but inter-related medical specialties that diagnose disease, mostly through analysis of tissue, cell, and body fluid samples. Idiomatically, "a pathology" may also refer to the predicted or actual progression of particular diseases and the affix path is sometimes used to indicate a state of disease in cases of both clinical and experimental pathology.

Journal of Clinical & Experimental Pathology focuses on the areas such as coagulopathy, Thromboelastographic, Immunology, virology, Hematopathology, Anatomical Pathology, Clinical Pathology,  Dermatol Pathology,  Forensic Pathology,   Hemato Pathology, Histopathology, Molecular Pathology, Surgical Pathology, Histopathology, Chemical Pathology, Hematopathology, Cytopathology, Dermatopathology, Nephropathy, hemostasis, medical methods used for pathological analysis, disease diagnosis and cure, clinical pathology, forensic pathology, physiological aspects of pathology, coagulopathy etc.

Huge numbers of irresistible infections are infectious diseases and transmissible. They are epidemic and life devastating if untreated. Legitimate conclusion and treatment ought to be embraced for counteractive action and transmission of diseases. As of now, research is going on new pharmaceuticals and new target proteins for viable treatment by the help of prominent researchers in the field of clinical and experimental pathological research works.

Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology publishes articles in the form of Research articles, Reviews, Case studies, Case reports, Image articles, Short communications, Commentaries, Letter to editor, Opinion articles, Theories, Thesis, Perspectives, etc.

Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology is using Editorial Tracking System to maintain quality and transparency to the author in the peer-review process. Review processing will be performed by the editorial board members of the Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology or by Reviewers (outside experts in the field). Two independent reviewer’s approval (Minimum reviewer’s approval) followed by editor approval is obligatory for acceptance of any manuscript excluding an editorial.
