The Journal of Clinical & Experimental Ophthalmology is successfully running which covers a wide variety of specialties including ophthalmia neonatorum, pterygium histology, aphakic glaucoma, acute zonal occult outer retinopathy (AZOOR), hypertrophic pachymeningitis, phacomorphic glaucoma, pseudoexfoliation syndrome and binasal hemianopsia reaching out to analytical scientists worldwide.

The Editorial Board of Journal of Clinical & Experimental Ophthalmology is overwhelmed by the response and eagerness of the academic and research contributors to publish with the journal and take part in the year-long celebrations. During this year we look forward to taking some initiatives that would encourage and reward our prospective audience which include clinicians, research scientists, decision-makers and a range of professionals in the healthcare community.

Conjunctivitis is an inflammation or swelling of the conjunctiva. The conjunctiva is the thin transparent layer of tissue that lines the inner surface of the eyelid and covers the white part of the eye. Often called "pink eye," conjunctivitis is a common eye disease, especially in children.

Conjuctivitis will have an effect on one or each eyes and is most likely diagnosis in somebody with eye redness and discharge (fluid coming from the eye).

The Journal offers this unique opportunity of greater flexibility to the contributors to publish different types of scientific communications related to Ophthalmia neonatorum, Pterygium histology, Ocular oncology and Paediatric ophthalmology.

The journal invites different types of articles including original research article, review articles, short note communications, case reports, Editorials, letters to the Editors and expert opinions & commentaries from different regions for publication.
